Refund policy

Our policy extends to 14 days for regular-price orders.

If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused or unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Fresh goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items include gift cards, event tickets, downloadable software products, courses, and health and hygiene products.

In some situations, only partial payments are granted (if applicable). Books with clear signs of use, such as CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records, have been opened. Items that are not in original condition are damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our fault. All items are returned more than 14 days after delivery.

Sale items (if applicable) Only regular prices are refundable. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded; they can only be exchanged for another item.

To start a return, you can contact us at shop@designwerket.eu. Please note that returns must be sent to our warehouse. The address will be indicated in the return mail.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping slip and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Injuries and problems

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong thing so we can evaluate the problem and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Some types of goods cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), customized products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Don't hesitate to contact us with questions or concerns about your item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Changed

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return has been accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. You will be automatically refunded using your original payment method within ten business days if approved. Remember that it may take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
