The terms apply to all Walwet domains, including but not limited to listan.events, designwerket.eu and iamwerkelin.com

We comply with the law on privacy protection. When you as a private person fill in your information, you also accept that we store and use the information in our business to fulfill our obligations to you. We protect your information with the Data Protection Act and you can obtain information about this information and have it deleted at any time. You also agree to receive an email with a checklist as a service from us if you leave the shopping cart without completing the purchase.

Assume that any or all provisions of these purchase conditions are invalid under Swedish or EU law. In such event, the validity of the remaining provisions herein shall not be affected in any way, but the invalid provision shall be replaced by a similar legal text.

By using our website, you (the visitor) agree to allow third parties to process your IP address to determine your location for currency conversion. You also consent to currency being stored in a session cookie in your browser (a temporary cookie that is automatically deleted when you close your browser). We do this so that the selected currency is consistent when you browse our website so that prices can be converted to your (the visitor's) local currency.


If you are under 18 years of age, you need your guardian's consent, and a parent can provide such consent by email and send their express permission to us. All fake orders will be tracked and reported to the police and if we suffer financial or other damage we will apply for compensation.

Payment & Delivery

After you have added items to the cart and proceeded to checkout, the payment method used will be displayed, including VAT, and VAT will apply where applicable. Delivery takes place within seven days unless it is stated in the order that the delivery time is longer.

Walwet ships from Sweden (unless otherwise stated), and your order is delivered Monday to Friday. We will deliver the goods you buy in the shortest possible time.

Packages that are not picked up within 14 days will be sent back to us, and you will be charged for shipping costs (at least SEK 245). Delivery times are given as guidelines only and Walwet does not take into account unavoidable delays.

Products in our webshop may be marked with a delivery indication. We reserve the right to remove undelivered products from your order and to reduce the price accordingly. If you wish to order an equivalent product, it will be treated as a new order. It is possible to cancel an order until it has been completed, i.e. when the invoice or shipping document has been created. Partial delivery is only available at your request and will incur additional shipping costs at your expense.

The applicable delivery method can be seen when placing your order at checkout. You are responsible for ensuring that the address you entered when ordering is correct. Delivery only takes place within Sweden unless otherwise stated.

ATTENTION! If you entered the wrong email address or mobile number, DHL can charge an extra fee of SEK 245 to correct the error. This fee is beyond our control. Therefore, check carefully that you have entered the correct information! The same applies if you do not collect your package and it is returned to us. 

Digital Products

We offer digital products that may be subject to special terms and conditions. By purchasing and downloading digital products from our platforms, you agree to comply with the specific terms of use that may apply to those products. Please note that digital products may be subject to license agreements and restrictions on use. Any conditions and restrictions will be clearly stated at the time of purchase or in connection with the product.


Ticket purchases for events or activities through our platforms are binding and governed by special terms and conditions. Refund policy, any changes to dates or events and other specific rules for ticket purchases will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase. Please note that some events may have special conditions and restrictions that apply to ticket purchases.

By purchasing digital products or tickets from our platforms, you agree to the terms and conditions associated with these products and events.

Prices & Payment

All prices displayed on Walwet's domains are in SEK, EUR or USD.

On Walwet's domains, it is possible to pay with Swish, all bank cards (Mastercard, Visa, and American Express), as well as AppelPay.

You can also pay with a Klarna invoice, where you can also split your payments. To see Klarna's payment terms, read more here. The invoice must be paid within 30 days; otherwise a fee and interest will be added to the delay.

Change of order

You can change your order for items in stock until the order is placed. If the change is approved, any price differences will be settled according to the price in effect at the time of the change. Private individuals have the right to revocation according to what is said under the heading "Right of withdrawal".


Cancellation is not valid until you have received a confirmation from us. You can cancel your order free of charge until the order has been fulfilled, as shown under the heading "Right of withdrawal".

Return and right of withdrawal

We want you to be satisfied with your Walwet purchases. If this is not the case, we accept goods for return or exchange within 14 days.

Make sure your items are in original condition and include all tags.

Your refund will be issued the same way you used it for the original purchase within 5-10 business days.

To exchange an item, enter the new size on the return form and follow the instructions. 

ATTENTION! Contact us in advance and we will set the size aside for you. All changes are based on stock status.

Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order

You are responsible for delivery of returned products back to Walwet. Items lost in transit will not be replaced

The right of withdrawal does not exist for: goods that are modified as desired, custom-made, sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection and hygiene if their seal is removed, products that quickly deteriorate or become too old, perfumes, CDs and the like which has been opened,

You can examine the goods in the same way as in a physical store. Nevertheless, if the product has been used or handled with carelessness such that it can no longer be sold as a new product, you are responsible for compensating Walwet for the reduction in value of the product.

Please note that you have no right of withdrawal if the seal on a product has been broken.

Please note that you must pay for the return shipping costs as well; if you have received a gift for shopping for a certain amount, the value of the gift will be deducted from the credit note if you return the goods you purchased to receive the gift. If the gift is returned together with the return, the value of the gift is set to zero.

The right of withdrawal starts from the day you receive the product.

If you want to make use of the right of withdrawal, follow the instructions attached to your purchase. You will receive a confirmation that we have received your message and then we will determine whether you meet the conditions for using the right of return. You will then receive a reply via email from us.

Quality guarantee

Goods are classed as faulty if they are damaged or if a manufacturing defect occurs within six months of purchase without you, as the consumer has some burden of proof. Please note that items damaged due to wear and tear are not considered faulty. We always recommend that sensitive materials be handled carefully and follow the washing and handling instructions on the care label.

Faulty items will be replaced with the same type of product in the same size. Refunds for defective items can be made within 14 days of delivery. Remember to enter your order number. Also clarify which items you are returning and why you want to return them.

Complaints must then be made by following the instructions you received in connection with your purchase.

If we are unable to send you a new product within a reasonable time, you will receive a refund of the shipping cost and the amount you paid for the damaged or incorrectly delivered product.

Printing error

We shall not be held responsible for typographical errors or errors in information or specifications for goods and services that appear in our range. 

Changes and Updates

We reserve the right to make changes to these Terms at any time to reflect changes in our business, including but not limited to changes in services, technology and legislation. It is your responsibility as a user to regularly review the Terms to be aware of any changes.

Force majeure

Both parties shall be released from the performance of this Agreement if its performance is prevented or substantially disabled by circumstances inconsistent with them or circumstances that could not reasonably be foreseen. The following and similar events shall constitute grounds for relief, provided they prevent or impede the performance of the contract: accident by fire, war, mobilization, requisition, confiscation, currency restrictions, common shards, lack of means of transportation, strike, power outage, deficiencies in couriers and errors or delays caused by the subcontractor due to circumstances mentioned in this clause or other causes beyond the control of the parties, which either prevent or worsen the performance of the parties in such a way that it could not be done. except at an exorbitant cost.
