Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions apply to all Walwet domains, including but not limited to feelingfreedom.com, attraktionslagentack.se, walwet.se and iamwerkelin.com. By using any of these websites, you agree to these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to update or change these terms and conditions at any time, and it is your responsibility to review them regularly to be aware of any changes. All changes will become effective when they are posted on our websites.
1. General terms and conditions
These Terms apply to all users of our websites, including but not limited to customers, visitors and contributors of content. By using our websites, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.
1.1 Use of the website
You represent that you are at least 18 years old or that you have a guardian's consent to use the website if you are under 18. If you are under 18 and place an order, explicit permission from a parent or guardian is required, which can be sent to us by email to shop@designwerket.eu . All fraudulent orders will be tracked and reported to the police, and in the event of financial or other damage, we will demand compensation.
1.2 Currency conversion and cookies
By using our websites, you agree that third-party tools may process your IP address to determine your location for the purpose of offering currency conversion. We also store the selected currency in a session cookie in your browser (a temporary cookie that is deleted when you close your browser) to ensure that prices are displayed in your local currency during your visit.
2. Shipping Policy
Shipping is always free for all orders on listan.events, designwerket.eu and iamwerkelin.com, regardless of order value or delivery region (if physical products are delivered). Delivery takes place Monday to Friday from Sweden (unless otherwise stated), and we aim to deliver within seven days unless otherwise stated when ordering.
- Delivery method: Delivery is via DHL or PostNord (depending on region and product).
- Delivery time: Delivery times are guidelines and may vary. Normally 2–10 business days depending on destination.
- Unclaimed packages: Packages that are not collected within 14 days will be returned to us. You will then be charged a handling fee of at least SEK 245 to cover administration costs.
- Return shipping: To return a product, please contact us at shop@designwerket.eu for instructions. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost, unless otherwise stated.
3. Orders and payment
3.1 Orders
When you place an order through our websites, the payment method used, including VAT (where applicable), will be clearly indicated at checkout. Orders are binding once confirmed, but you have the right to cancel your purchase in accordance with the cancellation section below (if applicable).
3.2 Prices and payment
All prices on Walwet domains are listed in SEK, EUR or USD depending on your location. We accept payment via Swish, bank cards (Mastercard, Visa, American Express), Apple Pay and Klarna invoice. When paying with Klarna invoice, payment must be made within 30 days; otherwise a fee and interest will be charged according to Klarna's terms and conditions.
3.3 Change of order
You can change your order for in-stock items until the order has been processed (i.e. before an invoice or shipping document has been created). If the change is approved, any price differences will be adjusted according to the price in effect at the time of the change.
3.4 Order cancellation
You can cancel your order free of charge before it has been processed (i.e. before an invoice or shipping document has been created). Cancellation is not valid until you have received a confirmation from us. Please contact us at shop@designwerket.eu to cancel your order.
4. Returns and right of withdrawal
4.1 Right of withdrawal (according to law)
According to the Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act, you as a customer have the right to cancel your purchase of physical goods within 14 days of receiving the goods (or the last item in the case of multiple deliveries). To exercise your right of cancellation, you must notify us within these 14 days and return the goods in a substantially unchanged condition. Contact us at shop@designwerket.eu to initiate a return.
4.2 Our return policy
In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, we offer a return period of 14 days from receipt for physical goods in their original condition:
- The item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, with labels and in original packaging.
- You need to show a receipt or other proof of purchase.
- When returning, you as the customer are responsible for the return shipping cost.
- Returns sent without first requesting and receiving approval from us cannot be accepted.
- Refunds will be made within 5–10 business days in the same manner as the original purchase.
- You are responsible for shipping returned products back to us. Items lost in transit will not be replaced.
4.3 Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following goods or services:
- Goods modified according to request, meter goods cut to the desired length, tailor-made products.
- Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons if the seal is broken (e.g. perfumes, underwear).
- Products that deteriorate quickly or become too old.
- CDs, DVDs and similar where the seal has been broken.
- Digital products (e.g. downloadable files, online courses) after they have been downloaded.
- Tickets to events (see section on tickets below).
4.4 Impairment
You can examine physical goods in the same way as in a physical store, but if the product has been used or handled carelessly so that it can no longer be sold as new, you are responsible for compensating us for the product's diminished value.
4.5 Substitutions
To exchange a physical item (e.g. to a different size), please indicate the new size on the return form and contact us in advance at shop@designwerket.eu so that we can set aside the desired size. Exchanges are handled based on stock status and involve return shipping costs that are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Digital products and tickets
5.1 Digital products
We offer digital products that may be subject to specific terms and conditions and license agreements. By purchasing and downloading digital products, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, which are clearly stated at the time of purchase or in connection with the product. Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital products after they have been downloaded, according to the Distance Contracts Act.
5.2 Tickets
Ticket purchases for events or activities through our platforms are binding and governed by specific terms and conditions. Refund policies, date or event changes, and other specific rules for ticket purchases are clearly communicated at the time of purchase. Some events may have specific terms and conditions and restrictions that apply to ticket purchases.
6. Complaints and quality guarantee
6.1 Right of complaint (according to law)
A defect is considered original if it was present at the time of delivery and occurs within six months of purchase, unless wear and tear or improper handling caused the damage. To complain about a product, contact us at shop@designwerket.eu with a description of the defect and please attach pictures if possible.
6.2 Handling of complaints
- Defective goods will be replaced with the same type of product in the same size, if possible.
- If we cannot replace the item within a reasonable time, the amount you paid for the faulty product will be refunded within 14 days.
- Please provide your order number and clarify which goods you are returning and the reason for the complaint.
- We recommend that sensitive materials are handled with care and that you follow any care instructions.
7. Printing errors
We shall not be liable for typographical errors or errors in information or specifications of goods and services appearing on our websites.
8. Force majeure
Both parties are released from the performance of this agreement if its performance is prevented or significantly impeded by circumstances beyond our control, such as fire, war, mobilization, requisition, confiscation, currency restrictions, lack of means of transport, strikes, power outages, errors of courier companies or delays caused by subcontractors due to the aforementioned circumstances. Such events release us from liability, provided that they prevent or impede the performance of the agreement.
9. Cookies and privacy policy
9.1 Cookies
According to the Electronic Communications Act, which came into force on July 25, 2003, visitors to a website must be informed about the use of so-called cookies and have the opportunity to prevent their use.
A cookie is a small text file (usually less than one KB) that is saved on your computer and stores information. Cookies are used to improve the website for use, among other things.
Our website uses the friendly version of cookies, called session cookies. When you browse a website, session cookies are sent between your computer and our server so that they can exchange information. This could be, for example, what you have put in your shopping cart, or whether you are logged in to My Pages.
We do not store any personal information via session cookies. Session cookies are not stored permanently on your computer; instead, they disappear when you close your browser.
There are security settings in most browsers that can disable session cookies. You can also usually delete any session cookies that have already been saved.
If you choose not to accept session cookies on our website, the website will not function satisfactorily.
When you visit this website, your IP address is automatically recorded to measure visitor frequency.
9.2 Personal policy
Personal information is just what it sounds like, just personal. When you share your personal information with I am Werkelin, you make it possible to order from us and then you also have the right to know how we handle your information.
Therefore, this is an explanation.
Walwet AB's domains only use personal information that we receive directly from you, for example when you order a product or service from us.
We use the following information:
- Name and address
- Phone number
- Billing address
- Email address
- Payment information
- IP address
You can choose to register as a customer with us. In addition to your personal data, we also save the username you register. The reason is to make it easier for you so that you do not have to enter your details every time you place an order. You can change this information at any time.
All information you provide to us is protected with the most advanced technology so that no unauthorized person can access it. If we need to share information with other companies, we require them to treat and protect your information equally, and companies may only use the information for the purpose for which it was shared.
We will retain your information until we complete your order and for two years thereafter. The information will then be deleted if we no longer need to retain it due to legal requirements. For example, the law requires payment information to be retained for seven years.
We use the information you provide us for various purposes.
The information you provide is required to complete your order. In some cases, we will provide information to third parties to ensure that your orders are handled in the best possible way.
Accepting email and social media advertising is a convenient way to stay informed about our products and services.

Sometimes we may share data with companies we partner with, so-called third parties, to complete your order.
Navigation and mapping services such as Google Maps can process and store location data. Google and Apple can use this data, which DesignWerket cannot influence. Please see the respective company's privacy policy for more information.
When you place an order or register with us, we share the information associated with your username with third parties as needed. This is only done if it is necessary to comply with our agreement with you or if we are required to do so by law. For example, in the event of suspected fraud or misuse of our website, we may disclose personal information to responsible authorities.
To optimize our website and make it as simple and personal as possible, we use statistical tools such as Google Analytics, which examine how you use the website. Of course, we have carefully designed agreements with the companies that provide these services/tools, to ensure that the user's privacy is not violated and that, for example, IP addresses are anonymized.
Our website may contain links to other websites. We cannot influence these websites or guarantee that the companies that own them handle data in the same secure way as we do. Therefore, we recommend that you read their privacy policies before using the sites.
To keep you informed about the handling of personal data, we may require you to update our privacy policy and therefore recommend that you read it regularly.
View, change, delete data or ask questions?
You can request to review, amend, delete or transfer the information we have about you. For example, you can make sure that your information is accurate. If you want to know what information you allow us to use, or if you want us to stop processing everything and restrict data processing, you can request this. You can take it back if you have your consent. Do not hesitate to contact us if you want to know how this works or if you have any questions about DesignWerket's privacy policy. Send an email to shop@designwerket.eu .
If you are dissatisfied with how we handle personal data, please contact us and we will do our best to help you.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you with services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden. If a dispute arises between you and us, we will first attempt to resolve it through negotiation. You may also use the EU's online dispute resolution (ODR) platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged to participate in alternative dispute resolution but will consider it on a case-by-case basis.
11. Severability
If any or all provisions of these terms and conditions are invalid under Swedish or EU law, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected in any way, but the invalid provision shall be replaced by a similar legal text.
