We want you to be satisfied with your purchases from Walwet.
If this is not the case, you can return or exchange orders within 14 days for orders over SEK 400. Just make sure your items are in original condition and include all tags. For orders under SEK 400, we follow the Swedish distance trade agreement, which does not allow the right of withdrawal.
Your refund is made the same way you paid the order, within 5-10 working days.
You are responsible for the delivery of returned products to Walwet. Items lost in transit will not be compensated.
The easiest way is to use the return slip with the delivery. Please note that if you choose another return method, the return must be sent C2B.
- Please fill in the return slip enclosed with the delivery.
- Please send us an email.
- We will contact you by email once your request has been received and verified.
- Always send the product with outer packaging to prevent damage to the original packaging.
- Pack well to avoid damage.
- Put the return slip in the package, stick it on the address label and return the package to the agent where you collected your delivery.
NOTE! Returns sent to us without an approved return confirmation or complaint will not be accepted.
We supply the shipping label (included in your delivery). To exchange an item for another size, enter the new size you need on the return form, and follow the instructions on the form. All exchanges are based on stock availability and will ship to you.
Please note that we offer free exchanges to a different size for regular-priced items, only once per item. (Only in Sweden)
Private individuals have 14 days to return/exchange the ordered product when shopping online. This means that you can return unused, undamaged products with unbroken packaging. If a product has been used or handled carelessly so that it can no longer be sold as a new product, you are responsible for compensating the online store for product loss. You may need to open the packaging to examine the product's properties and function. The packaging must be opened as carefully as possible and returned together with the product. Personal requirements, sealed goods are not suitable for return due to health protection and hygiene. If the seal has been removed on decks of cards, sound and video recordings, or computer programs in sealed packages, goods that quickly deteriorate or become too old, perfume and the like that have been opened, newspapers, magazines, or illustrations except for subscriptions.
If the product has a defect when the package is opened or a fault occurs on the product, private individuals have the right to complain for a total of 6 months from when the packet was received. Complaints must be made within a reasonable time and no later than two months after the error was discovered.
Private individuals who use the right of withdrawal must pay the return shipping. If the product is defective, we will refund the return shipping cost plus the amount paid for the damaged or incorrectly delivered product, provided we cannot repair or ship a replacement product within a reasonable time.
A return or complaint must permanently be attached. Returns and complaints without an approved return or complaint will not be accepted.
NOTE! If you have received a gift because you have shopped for a certain amount, the value of the gift will be deducted from the credit note if you return the goods you bought to obtain the gift. If the gift is returned together with the return, the value of the gift will be set to zero.
